"Stack of Blessing"

I am thankful for the wonderful "computer" of our brains. I am thankful for the ability to memorize and recall. I am also thankful for God's Word and that He speaks to my heart through it. This week, God has brought to mind scripture verses I had memorized years ago to speak to my heart at just the right time. I am thankful for computers and mobile devices that make it easy to locate and search Bibles and different versions of the Bible. One of the verses I have "run to" this week has been Psalm 31:19. As a young woman, I memorized it from the New King James Version. I can even remember a tune I composed and sung it to. (I wish I could find where I wrote that music down!) Anyways, I experienced God speaking to my heart in a fresh, new way through The Message version of Psalm 31:19, "What a stack of blessing you have piled up for those who worship you, ready and waiting for all who run to you to escape an unkind world."
